eea4ada1af Added disc headshot functionality 
Made the slap part of lak run off whether the shot was a disc headshot or not. Various other things.

68d24e1cbe Rewrote PUGpasscheck 
Added some stuff and a condition where it wont run constantly. Only when it needs to unless you want it to watch teams.
