xoltan add2f8cb47 Terrain Macro Texture 
Adds another layer of detail-like texture to the terrain and the
interface updates in the Terrain Painter.

- displaySplashWindow() now takes an optional path to a bitmap file.
- Missing, unavailable and warning texture paths now come from
GFXTextureManager static methods.
