Added Open Recent functionality to File menubar item
Added new editor setting for Startup Mode to dictate if it'll open the most recent level edited or the blank level, instead of utilizing a game UI control for level selection.
Properly re-enabled the handling for the forceSidebarToSide setting to track to the setting value

materialParameters.h Implementation of sRGB image support. Overhauls the linearization setup to utilize the sRGB image types, as well as refactors the use of ColorF and ColorI to be properly internally consistent. ColorIs are used only for front-facing/editing/UI settings, and ColorFs, now renamed to LinearColorF to reduce confusion of purpose, are used for color info in the engine itself.
