Added getShapeConstructorFilePath console function on shapeAsset

Fixed typo in import config settings for DuplicateAutoResolution
Converted TSShapeConstructor to utilize assets
Updated shape editor to work with assetified constructors
Converted guiBitmapButtonCtrl to use assets
